It's easy to be good when everything is good. But being good when things are not so good is what separates the best from the rest. Freeway Honda did an incredible job when something wasn't so good. I purchased a used car from Freeway Honda (a Ford) and it was super clean. But the day after I bought it, the check engine light came on. I brought it down and Freeway Honda took a look at it and made some adjustments. I left the dealership and an hour later the check engine light came on again. So I brought it back the next day. The problem seemed more serious and so Freeway Honda sent the vehicle over to Ford so they could take a look at it. After two days, Freeway Honda called me up and told me they needed to cancel the deal because the Ford had a serious internal engine issue. They didn't try to save the deal. They didn't try to upsell me on something else. They didn't try to keep my money or jerk me around in any way. They said they were really sorry and they were going to write me a check returning my money in full for the purchase price of the car. (I paid in full.) I was really impressed. No hassles, no debates, no arguments, and I didn't even have to ask for it. I think a lot of us go into a car dealership with kind of an adversarial attitude, that it's us against them to try and see who can walk away with the bigger win. Not the case with Freeway Honda. These are the kind of people you want to do business with. The kind that you can trust to make it right on the smallest chance that things go wrong. I'll do business with these people anytime. One of the best car dealers in south California. They honored me the internet price I got through the email and when we went there they didn’t waste our time and submitted all the info to the finance and kept the car ready for us. Oscar was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I came in for what I thought was a problem with my engine but after a thorough inspection,, they found it to be just a bent metal plate under the car due to my husband slowly driving over a curb once and it was rattling against the engine. I assumed they would overcharge me to fix it but only charged $8.50 for the new screws for the plate, nothing for the check up and labor. thank you!

First off, we are wary of pushy sales people and we came the first time to only test drive and decide if the Honda CR-V was the right fit for us or not. Martin was informative, patient, and helpful. He was totally fine with us just coming to test drive knowing we were not buying that day and helped us in any way that he could. When we ultimately decided to go with Honda, we readily came back to Martin with the car we had decided upon and he made the process a smooth and easy one for us.
